1. How to make a reservation in three steps
1) Fill out the contact form and wait for our response.
2) Once you receive our response, make the deposit payment by bank transfer. In this way the reservation will be confirmed.

3. Is there a minimum length of stay?
No! Contact us with any questions you may have. Once we confirm your stay, our doors are open to you!
4. Do I have to pay a registration fee for a short stay?
A registration fee is paid for stays from 7 days onwards and the amount paid is proportionate to the total length of your stay. Payment must be made on the first day of arrival at the halls of residence.
5. Can I visit Barcelona Resident before I book?
We can show you around from Monday to Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 14:00 p.m. or between 4: 00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Outside these hours, you must arrange a visit. If you have any queries, our management staff will answer them directly during your “tour” of our premises. You can contact us at info@barcelonaresident.cat or by telephone at +34 93 268 78 79. 6. Do I have to pay a deposit?
The booking fee is the same as the deposit. Once you come to the end of your stay and we have checked that there has been no damage or theft to property owned by Barcelona Resident, the booking fee will be paid back into your bank account.
7. How can I get my deposit back?
If everything is in order and nothing is missing, the amount deposited will be refunded by bank transfer within 30 days.
8. How can I cancel my reservation?
If you wish, you can cancel your reservation by contacting us. If a booking is cancelled up to 15 days before the date of arrival, 50% of the booking fee will be refunded. If the cancellation is made in less than fifteen days before coming to Barcelona Resident, the amount paid as a booking fee will not be refunded.
9. Are sheets and towels included?
Yes. Towels, sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers are included in the fees and fresh linen is provided on a weekly basis.
10. Is there a laundry service?
At Barcelona Resident, you have a laundry service (self-service washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board) which is open all day. You also have the option of using or hiring external laundry services.
11. Can we bring back guests?
In Barcelona Resident, you can bring guests back during the day; they are not allowed to spend the night on our premises. However, they can only visit the communal areas and the ground floor and the first floor.
12. Is smoking allowed?
No. Smoking is not allowed in any area in Barcelona Resident.
13. Do you have Wi-Fi and fiber optic connections?
All the spaces in the halls of residence are equipped with Wi-Fi and fiber optic technology for mobile phone devices and computer equipment. These services are included in the accommodation fees.
14. Can young adults under the age of 18 stay here?
The parents or legal guardians of guests under the age of 18 must sign an authorization form at the time of booking stating that they are fully responsible for their ward during their stay in Barcelona Resident.
15. What about unforeseen issues related to SARS-CoV and possible new restrictions?
If a state of alarm is called due to the pandemic and you have not started your stay at our hall of residence, we will not charge you until you have occupied your place in your room. If you have already moved into your room and have a valid accommodation contract with us, we will fund a bonus payment to cover the costs of renting if you are not using the room or our facilities due to new restrictions. We hope we don’t have to go through a pandemic like COVID-19 again!
